What kinds of firms do you work with?

Market makers, proprietary trading firms, exchanges, and venues - in crypto and traditional markets. Typical clients either need a system built that their desk doesn't have bandwidth for, or need experienced trading-infrastructure engineers embedded with their team.

Do you work with both crypto and traditional venues?

Yes. We build against centralized crypto exchanges, on-chain venues (DEXs, perp protocols), and traditional markets via FIX and vendor gateways. Cross-venue normalization - one clean interface over many venues' quirks - is one of the most common things we build.

How do you handle confidentiality and strategy IP?

Everything runs under NDA from the first conversation. Your strategies, parameters, and data stay yours: work happens in repositories you own, deployed on infrastructure in your name, with full IP transfer in the contract. We don't reuse client strategy logic, and we're comfortable with clean-room boundaries between engagements.

What about latency and reliability requirements?

We design to the numbers your strategy actually needs - from co-located, microsecond-sensitive paths to robust second-level automation - and we're honest about which regime you're in. Every system ships with monitoring, alerting, failover, and safe failure modes (cancel-on-disconnect, kill switches, position limits) as part of the definition of done.

How do engagements start and what do they cost?

We start with a scoping conversation and, where useful, a short paid discovery to map your architecture and de-risk the plan. You then get a written proposal with a fixed price or a clear monthly rate - no hidden hours. We'll tell you honestly if scope and budget don't match.

What happens after go-live?

Every delivery includes a warranty period where we fix defects free of charge. After that, most clients keep us on for maintenance and venue changes or move to an embedded-team engagement. Markets don't close - we don't disappear after deployment.
